Synagen IQ Core Focus Review Summary
Despite all of the hype drummed up for Synagen IQ on forums, we think it’s clear that we have a low-quality, over-priced, scam brain pill on our hands here. As you will see in our full Synagen IQ review, the marketing employed by the manufacturers is a good indication of the kind of nootropic we’re dealing with; fake endorsements and photo-shopped PR campaigns are a classic hallmark of a scam memory supplement.
The Synagen IQ Core Focus formula itself leaves a lot to be desired. All of the interesting ingredients are lumped together in a proprietary blend, which means that we have no idea how any individual ingredient is dosed. To make matters worse, the small blend size gives us an average serving size of about 60mg – not ideal!
If you’ve found your way to this Synagen IQ Core Focus review then you’re obviously in the market for a serious nootropic to help supercharge your focus and enhance your memory. This product, we’re sorry to say, probably isn’t going to deliver on these fronts. You need to invest in a comprehensive nootropic with a transparent formula backed by science, not scammy marketing tactics.
Where To Buy Synagen IQ Core Focus
Synagen IQ Core Focus is now sold through various online merchants. We think you can still buy it from the website, but with all the underhand tactics these guys employed while marketing Synagen IQ Core Focus, we think this would be unwise.
Full Synagen IQ Core Focus Review
Synagen IQ Core Focus is an incredibly well-known nootropic. It first came onto the market a while ago, and it managed to remain squarely in the limelight for quite some time. Today, many people still show an active interest in Synagen IQ Core Focus. There are plenty of people looking for information on this natural nootropic every single month.
The problem is that there is a lot of misinformation out there regarding Synagen IQ Core Focus. There are misleading appraisals, false endorsements, and more. So we’ve decided to do our own thorough Synagen IQ Core Focus review, cutting through the hype and giving you nothing but facts.
So to kick things off, what is Synagen IQ Core Focus?
What is it supposed to do?
If you look at the bottle, you’ll see that Synagen IQ Core Focus is described as an “advanced cognitive enhancer”. The bottle promises a number of specific benefits:
- Heightened reactions
- Improved memory
- Enhanced focus
Every nootropic promises to enhance memory and focus. It wouldn’t really be a nootropic if it didn’t! But very few stacks promise to specifically improve reaction time. It will be very interesting to see whether Synagen IQ Core Focus can actually deliver on all three of these promises at the same time.
In any case, this all sounds very achievable and certainly desirable.
But if we go over to the official Synagen IQ Core Focus website, things start to get a little worrying. The website looks just like the websites shared by every scam nootropic we’ve reviewed on this site:
It is a single page website with plenty of “limited time offer” banner ads littered throughout:
The benefits claimed by Synagen IQ Core Focus also start to get much more vague and buzz-word heavy on the website:
- Gain focus with laser precision
- Synergize brain functions
- Boost energy levels
Ignoring the fact that “synergize” isn’t a word, these kinds of claims always make us a little worried. Your heavy-duty stacks today will be much more precise in what they claim to offer. Also, things like “boost energy levels” can be a major drawback if done through the use of stimulants.
But this is just speculation at this point. Our Synagen IQ Core Focus review is not going to dwell on the poor quality of the website or the vagueness of the promises made by the manufacturer. Let’s take a closer look at the formula to find out if this product can deliver what it promises.
Synagen IQ Core Focus Formula
Let’s look at the Synagen IQ Core Focus formula:
So straight away, we see that the interesting ingredients in Synagen IQ Core Focus are all thrown together in a proprietary blend.
We are absolutely sick of proprietary blends.
Some manufacturers get upset about this, because they think they have good reasons for using proprietary blends. They cry about market conditions and how they’re scared of someone stealing their formula.
That is an absolute lie of course.
Not only have we never seen an instance of formula theft, but we know we’ll never see one because that just isn’t necessary. All of the ingredients in Synagen IQ Core Focus are extremely common nootropics. They’re widely used, well-understood, and readily available.
That means nobody would need to “steal” the Synagen IQ Core Focus formula to produce a good nootropic. We know the doses that these ingredients work best at.
We know which combinations to employ for maximal results.
We know which ingredients work better than others.
All of this information is available if you’re willing to do the reading.
So why do they use prop blends then?
We think you know!
Manufacturers use proprietary blends because they know you wont buy their product if you knew how the ingredients were dosed.
Either that or they regard you, their potential customers, with utter contempt.
So what about the Synagen IQ Core Focus blend specifically?
Problems With The Synagen IQ Core Focus Blend
We have some serious issues with the Synagen IQ Core Focus proprietary blend.
But first of all, we need to say that there are some rays of hope in here.
There are lots of good ingredients in this blend. In fact, Synagen IQ Core Focus contains some of the best natural nootropics available.
If we were creating a stack ourselves, we would without question include Bacopa monnieri, Vinpocetine, Tyrosine, and Theanine.
However, we don’t know how any of these ingredients are dosed. We therefore have no way of knowing if they’ll actually have a positive effect on your cognition or not.
This brings us neatly onto the first major issue: the small blend size.
Small Blend Size
If we divide the 545mg blend between the 9 ingredients, we get an average blend size of 60mg.
To have a noticeable effect on your memory function, you should be consuming at least 150mg of Bacopa monnieri per day.
Alpha-GPC should be dosed at above 200mg per day if you want to really get anything out of it.
In the form it is present here, we could happily have as much as 600mg of Tyrosine; more than the entire Synagen IQ Core Focus blend size!
Do you see the problem here?
For any one of these ingredients to be dosed how they need to be, the rest of the formula needs to suffer.
If we look at them as a whole. there just isn’t enough room to go around here. The Synagen IQ Core Focus formula is necessarily under-dosed in key areas.

Potential Filler
One thing we look out for when dealing with proprietary blends is the presence of potential ‘filler’ ingredients.
That means ingredients which could easily be used to bulk out the formula.
Some manufacturers do this to keep costs down while still listing lots of exciting (and expensive) ingredients on their label.
Well, there are some prime candidates for a filler ingredient in Synagen IQ Core Focus.
Tyrosine is a great example.
Synagen IQ Core Focus uses regular old L-Tyrosine. This stuff is cheap to buy in large quantities and is safe to consume in relatively high amounts. This makes it an absolutely ideal filler. A manufacturer could just make their formula 90% L-Tyrosine and then add in small amounts of the other ingredients to make up the other 10%.
We could also have a lot of Theanine in here.
In combination, Theanine and Tyrosine could very easily take up close to 100% of this formula.
We’re not saying that this is definitely the case with Synagen IQ Core Focus, but we have seen this before.
Dangerous Ingredients
We think it is highly likely that the most powerful ingredients in Synagen IQ Core Focus are under-dosed.
After all, if the best ingredients are dosed properly, then why not tell us? That would be a strong selling point after all!
It is practically impossible for all of the best ingredients to be dosed how they need to be for optimal results, so we can say that isn’t the case for sure.
But there is one possibility that we need to seriously consider before using Synagen IQ Core Focus: if dosed aggressively then some ingredients in Synagen IQ Core Focus will cause serious side effects.
We will continue this discussion in our side effects section.

Synagen IQ Core Focus Side Effects
We don’t know how much caffeine is in Synagen IQ Core Focus.
For all we know, there could be 1mg.
But there could also be 544mg of caffeine in each serving of Synagen IQ Core Focus.
That is an undeniable possibility when dealing with a proprietary blend.
Consuming that much caffeine in a single dose would be extremely dangerous!
The consequences of acute caffeine overdose can be life-threatening.
The side effects of consuming large amounts of caffeine in a short space of time include an elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, jitters, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, light-headedness, and nausea.
The long term effects of chronically high caffeine consumption are just as worrying, albeit less well known.
The manufacturer might tell us emphatically that Synagen IQ Core Focus is safe, but you should never take the word of someone who is unwilling to show you proof of what they’re claiming.
Also, their definition of safe may differ dramatically from yours.
Generally speaking, with such potentially serious health consequences, we would advise people to stay well away from this supplement.
There is a small but distinct possibility that there is an extremely dangerous amount of caffeine in Synagen IQ Core Focus.
We hate uncertainty when it comes to our health and safety, and you should too.
Another serious concern is Huperzine A.
Huperzine A is an effective nootropic, but as we explained in this ingredient guide, it needs to be cycled regularly in order to be used without side effects occurring.
The length of a cycle and a break depends heavily on dosage.
But we can’t decide on the length of that cycle because the manufacturer is keeping the dosages from us for some reason!
Once again, we advise people to avoid uncertainty when it comes to their health and longevity. Why gamble when there are plenty of stacks out there that are totally transparent when it comes to their formulas?
Synagen IQ Core Focus Review Conclusion – Should You Use It?
If you read our full Synagen IQ Core Focus review, then you’ll learn why we aren’t too impressed with this natural nootropic supplement.
Synagen IQ Core Focus is described as an “advanced cognitive enhancer”.
In reality, what we have here is an under-dosed, over-stretched proprietary blend.
To make matters worse, the blend has some potentialy filler ingredients as well as some very serious side effect risks.
The Synagen IQ Core Focus formula could deliver over 500mg of caffeine per serving; an incredibly dangerous amount.
The manufacturer might think this speculation is unfair, but we don’t.
People are entitled to consider the potential dangers of what they’re consuming.
If they don’t like us considering what might be, they should tell us what the actual dosage is then.
It would be irresponsible if you didn’t consider the extreme possibilities. it is, after all, perfectly possible for Synagen IQ Core Focus to provide 544mg of caffeine in a single serving.
This isn’t an amount anyone would handle well, regardless of your tolerance.
There is just too much wrong with this stack.
The Synagen IQ Core Focus blend contains some super nootropics, but we have no idea how they are dosed.
If you want results, we think there are much better options out there than Synagen IQ Core Focus.
We have reviewed hundreds of nootropics and this supplement is still the most impressive. Our review team used this product for months and all experienced:
- Heightened focus
- Enhanced memory function
- More mental energy
- Better mental performance under stress
